Clinical Hypnotherapy

Clinical Hypnotherapy is a safe, powerful and evidence-based method for creating change at the subconscious level. Whether you're working through anxiety, trauma, fears, habits, or emotional blocks, hypnotherapy can gently guide you to the root of your patterns, helping you shift limiting beliefs, reframe the past, and create lasting positive change. Inner Healing Circle a safe place to explore, express, and heal Whether you’re seeking clarity, connection, healing, or simply a place to breathe and be seen — you’re welcome here. Inner Healing Circle is a modern, grounded approach to emotional wellness for people who are ready to go beyond the surface. It’s a safe, facilitated space to show up as you are, reflect honestly, and begin the process of inner change — at your own pace. Tracey and Sally are qualified and experienced in Holistic Counselling, Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Root Cause Therapy, EFT/TFT Tapping, Laughter Yoga, and Transpersonal Therapy. Their combined experience supports a whole-person approach — body, mind and soul — so that whatever you're carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone. There’s no pressure to have the answers — just an open invitation to start wherever you are and see where the work takes you. This is a monthly gathering.
